Every Claude Code session ends the same way: the context dies with the terminal. You close the window, and what your agent learned about your codebase, your preferences, your last three debugging sessions, is gone. claude-mem (96,554 stars) is the fix a lot of people landed on: a memory layer that sits outside the model, captures what your agent does during a session, compresses it, and feeds the relevant slice back into the next one. Not a bigger context window or a smarter prompt. Better plumbing.

One reader pays five dollars a month so the daily stays free for everyone else. If it has earned a spot in your morning, be number 2.

Some teams never seem to stop moving. They're on Attio, the agentic CRM.

Every customer signal is captured in one shared context layer, always current and compounding. Agents and workflows build pipeline, chase every buying signal, and move deals forward, an always-on revenue engine running alongside your team.

With Attio, you’ll get:

  • Leads automatically prioritised and routed to the right rep

  • Expansion and risk signals caught the moment they land

  • Follow-ups written in your voice, already there when you arrive

Teams like Parallel, Turbopuffer, and Wordsmith build on Attio. Are you one of them?

Repoclaude-mem

96,554 stars · thedotmack/claude-mem

Persistent context across sessions for every agent you run.

Here is the real problem it solves. Claude Code starts each session without the last one's context, so you re-explain your own codebase every morning. claude-mem captures tool usage during a session, generates semantic summaries, and makes them available to future sessions. Works with Claude Code, Codex, Gemini, Copilot, OpenCode and more.

Quick start: run npx claude-mem install, or inside Claude Code run /plugin marketplace add thedotmack/claude-mem then /plugin install claude-mem, and restart Claude Code. Context from previous sessions appears in new ones.

Catch: the installer asks you to sign in for a hosted memory trial; pass an explicit --provider flag to skip it. Compression means it chooses what to keep, so wrap anything sensitive in tags and audit what it stored.

AffiliateReclaim.ai

Remembering what your agent did last session is only half the battle, the other half is remembering what you were supposed to do today in the first place. Reclaim.ai is an AI calendar that schedules your tasks, habits, meetings, and focus time around your existing events on Google Calendar and Outlook, adapts as the calendar changes, and defends your focus time. If you build and context-switch all day, that is the block it protects.

Use it for: keeping focus time on the calendar when meetings try to eat it.

Repotext-to-cad

17,315 stars · earthtojake/text-to-cad

Gives your agent local workflows for generating 3D models as STEP, GLB, STL or 3MF files.

Use it for: turning a spec sentence into a STEP or STL part file, with design-for-manufacturing checks, without opening a CAD program.

Catch: it won't replace a mechanical engineer's judgment on tolerances, treat the output as a draft.

RepoAgent-Reach

91,771 stars · Panniantong/Agent-Reach

One CLI that lets your agent read and search Twitter, Reddit, YouTube, GitHub, and more with zero API fees.

Use it for: research agents that need to pull real sentiment off the open internet without paying for five different API keys.

Catch: the README says every API is free and only a server deployment may need a proxy at about $1 a month. Scraping-based access is brittle when platforms change their layout, and the last push was three weeks ago.

ToolOpenHands

90,045 stars · OpenHands/OpenHands

The self-hosted developer control center for coding agents and automations.

Use it for: running OpenHands, Claude Code, Codex, Gemini, or any ACP-compatible agent from one self-hosted control center; the Docker option runs each conversation in its own container.

Catch: the default install runs the agent server directly on your machine with full filesystem access, per its own README. Pick the Docker option before you point it at anything you care about.

Get a better answer by making the model compete with itself.

Most people ask once, read the answer, and either accept it or rewrite the prompt from scratch. There's a faster path.
1. Ask your question or describe your task as usual.
2. Instead of stopping at the first answer, ask directly: "give me three different versions of this, each taking a different approach."
3. Read all three side by side, not just the first one.
4. Pick the best sentence, paragraph, or idea from each version.
5. Ask the model to combine the strongest parts of all three into one final answer.

TRY THIS: open whatever chat window you already have open, paste in your last unfinished question, and ask for three versions before you ask for one more revision.

One term, plain English: draft means an early, unfinished version of something that you expect to change before it's final.

Once you've got the habit of asking for three versions and merging the best of each, the next move is having a running list of angles worth asking about in the first place.

Reflection AI debuted Beam, a 501B-parameter open-weight model it says matches Z.ai's GLM-5.2 on reasoning benchmarks at 3 to 4 times less inference compute. Weights and the technical report are due this month, and the claims have not been independently verified yet. If you pay the inference bill, the compute number is the one to watch. (TechCrunch AI)

A Reddit experiment turned an iPhone 17 Pro Max into a second GPU for a 24GB M4 Pro MacBook, speeding up prefill on a local Qwen 3.8 27B by 29 to 44% depending on context length. One user's hobby benchmark, not a product, and it does nothing for generation speed below 64k context. Still a real demonstration that the phone in your pocket is idle compute. (r/LocalLLaMA)

Simon Willison reran Colin Frasier's two-year-old experiment, adding numbers with the answer written in words, on a local Qwen 3.8 27B. With reasoning off it scored 23.57% overall and 6.44% on 10 to 13 digit numbers; with reasoning on it got 167 of 169 right. One model, one test, and a clean illustration of what reasoning mode buys you. (Simon Willison)

OpenAI published its response to the EU AI Act's machine-readable text marking rule: opt-in watermarking for API customers on select models starting now, off by default, with EU ChatGPT and Codex output watermarked over the coming weeks. The detector is not public at launch; access goes first to approved researchers and expert organizations, case by case. If you ship generated text into the EU, the default-off API setting is the line to read twice. (OpenAI Blog)

Change.org says it is investing around $100 million of its own money to rebuild its petitions platform with AI, starting with a copilot that helps petition creators draft, find endorsers, and reach decision-makers. Worth watching less for the number and more for the shape: a platform built on unstructured user content putting agents, not a chatbot, at the center. (Axios)
